1. How much does shipping cost?
The
delivery is free of charge inside the Kathmandu Valley Ring Road. Deliveries
outside the Kathmandu Valley's Ring Road are likewise free. We charge minimum
delivery charges for deliveries considerably further away from Ring Road,
depending on the distance of the delivery destination.
We
do not yet provide delivery services outside of the Kathmandu Valley.
2. What
are the various modes of payment?
Big
Digital accepts the following payment methods:
· Internet-banking
· Credit
Cards/Debit Cards
· Equated
monthly installments (EMI)
· Wallets
· Debit
card EMIs (wherever applicable)
3. Do
I have to register to buy a deal?
At
the time of purchase, a registration process is necessary. We only need your
name, email address, and phone number to register.
4. Can
I split payments into two different cards?
Yes,
you can split payments into two different cards while placing the order.
5. How
do I make payment for my orders?
You
have the option of paying for your order at the Big Digital store using any of
the following options.
a) Cash
on Delivery:
Cash on deliveries option is not
available for now.
b) Payment
by Credit/Debit Card:
Consumers can pay for the order at
big Digital with a credit/debit card using a payment gateway system.
c) Wallet
on the Go:
Big Digital provides various payment
options using our Mobile Wallet system like eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, and CellPay.
In terms of monetary transactions, the mobile wallet systems with which we have
partnered are regarded as the safest.
6. Can
I buy multiple products at once?
Yes,
you may order multiple products at the same time. However, it is only possible
at the Big Digital showroom.
7. What
if the package I received is tampered with or broken?
All
of our products dispatched include "Tamper Evident Void Seals" on our
packaging. Please do not accept whose seals have been tampered with. Acceptance
of a tampered "Void Seal" or a broken box disqualifies any return
claims for physically damaged/defective items, wrong merchandise, or missing
accessories.
