1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free of charge within the Kathmandu Valley Ring Road. Deliveries outside the Kathmandu Valley's Ring Road are also free. For destinations further away, a minimal delivery charge is applied depending on the distance.
Currently, we do not provide delivery services outside of the Kathmandu Valley.
2. What are the different modes of payment?
Big Digital accepts the following payment methods:
- Internet Banking
- Credit Cards/Debit Cards
- Equated Monthly Installments (EMI)
- Wallets
- Debit Card EMIs (where applicable)
3. Do I need to register to purchase a product?
A registration is required at the time of purchase. We only need your name, email address, and phone number to complete the registration.
4. Can I split payments across two different cards?
Yes, you can split your payments across two cards when placing an order.
5. How do I make a payment for my order?
You have the following options to pay for your order at Big Digital:
- Cash on Delivery: Currently unavailable.
- Payment by Credit/Debit Card: You can pay using your credit or debit card via our payment gateway system.
- Wallet on the Go: Big Digital offers various mobile wallet payment options like eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, and CellPay. These mobile wallet systems are considered the safest for monetary transactions.
6. Can I buy multiple products at once?
Yes, you can purchase multiple products at once, but this option is currently only available at the Big Digital showroom.
7. What if the package I received is tampered with or broken?
All our products are dispatched with "Tamper Evident Void Seals" on the packaging. If the seal is tampered with or the box is broken, please do not accept the package. Accepting a tampered seal or broken box disqualifies any claims for returns related to physical damage, wrong items, or missing accessories.
